For 8 years, Hidajet’s health condition has worsened. He was only 10 years old when his spine began to deform, he was affected by scoliosis. Although the family immediately began to perform the necessary treatments, they were not enough to cure Hidajet. The only way to save him was to perform a surgical intervention, which could only be performed abroad.
Through debts, the family had been able to secure a portion of the income but was unable to provide the full amount. After the appeal made by “Fundjavë Ndryshe” in record time, it was managed to collect the amount of 20,000 euros, necessary to carry out the operation of Hidajet.
Shortly after arriving in Turkey, Hidajet underwent surgery, which lasted for more than 7 hours. A very delicate intervention which fortunately went very well, the 18-year-old is now in good health.
