Arbër Hajdari – Founder / Executive Director
Arbër Hajdari was born in Tirana on February 16, 1994. He is the founder of the largest social initiative in Albania, the foundation “Fundjavë Ndryshe”, which aims to improve society, helping people in need to get out of poverty and leading young people towards the realization of good deeds. Hajdari is graduated with very good results in Law, as well as in postgraduate studies.
Ermal Mamaqi- Board Member
Actor, Humorist, Singer. He was born in Tirana, on March 21, 1982. He is the host of some of the most successful shows in Albania. Since 2017 he is a supporter and contributor to the initiatives of “Fundjavë Ndryshe” as a board member.
Saimir Kristo- Board member
Architect, Lecturer. He was born in Tirana on September 1, 1987. Since 2011 he has been contributing as a lecturer and Deputy Dean in the field of architecture at a private university. Since 2015 he is a board member of the Foundation “Fundjavë Ndryshe” supporting its causes and initiatives.
Agim Baci- Board Member
Publicist and literary critic. He was born in Durrës on September 14, 1971. For years, he has been contributing to Albanian society through the art of literature and literary criticism. He is a board member of the “Fundjavë Ndryshe” foundation since 2015.
Flori Karaj-Board Member
Publicist, Opinionist. Flori KARAJ, born in Librazhd on March 22, 1953, has been contributing to Albanian society for several years as an opinionist, publicist and board member in “Fundjavë Ndryshe” since 2015.
Florjan Binaj-Board Member
Actor. Florjan Binaj is a well-known comedian born in Tirana on October 12, 1985. For 13 years he has been one of the veteran actors of the well-known television variety who has finished his studies in another field of art, painting. Since 2017, he has been contributing as a board member to the “Fundjavë Ndryshe” Foundation.

Orgest Beti- General Coordinator
Orgest Beti, born in Elbasan, gives its contribution as the General Coordinator of the “Fundjavë Ndryshe” Foundation since April 2019. He has an extensive experience as a coordinator since he has been also the Coordinator for the city of Elbasan, for 3 years. Beti is responsible for coordinating and implementing the activities of “Fundjavë Ndryshe”. He has finished his postgraduate studies in Marketing.
Anxhela Ferra- Public Relations
Anxhela Ferra, born in Fier, has completed her higher studies in Journalism and Communication Sciences at the University of Tirana. She has experience in the field of journalism since 2016. Since April 2018, she is part of the “Fundjavë Ndryshe” foundation as responsible for the realization of appeals, interviews, news publications, as well as communication with the media.
Agron Mecini – Manager of Aids
Agron Mecini, born in Tirana, is in charge of the Warehouse of the Solidarity Center “Fundjavë Ndryshe”. In his role as the manager of aids he deals with the entry and exit of various aids, based on the needs and activities of the Foundation.
Alban Rrapushi- Video-Grapher
Alban Rrapushi, born in Tirana, has been working as an video-grapher since 1994, in various events and activities. Since January 2020, he has joined “Fundjavë Ndryshe” as an video-grapher in the foundation’s activities.
Shyqyri Visha – Area Coordinator
Shyqyri Visha, born in Tirana, gives his contribution to “Fundjavë Ndryshe” as an area coordinator. Since January 2020, has joined this group by distributing aids to families in need throughout Albania.
