Andileta is only 7 years old, but with her story, she touched the hearts of many Albanians around the world. The Goma family lives in Funara, a remote village in Librazhd. In addition to the aggravated health condition of the head of the family, the family lives in deep poverty.
But those difficult days will come to an end. The CEO of “Fundjavë Ndryshe” Arbër Hajdari gave the Goma family the good news that they will have a new house. While the works are expected to start very soon, “Fundjavë Ndryshe” is also taking care of the medical treatment of the little girl, Olivia, who suffers from a skin disease.
The only income the family lives on is Adil’s disability camp, which suffers from a disc herniation and stays in bed most of the time. He used to work in various jobs, agriculture, livestock, or construction, but today he can not move.
The house where the family of 6 members lives is in a dilapidated condition and is in danger of collapsing. Hajdari added that in addition to the help given by all Albanians, two Albanian boys from Struga made a special contribution. After seeing the appeal published by “Fundjavë Ndryshe” they decided to help build a new house for the Goma family.
