Future health specialists have given their contribution for two areas in Tirana, where random citizens have received the service for measuring blood pressure and diabetes level.
The volunteers of “Fundjavë Ndryshe” stood next to the residents of the two areas of Tirana, helping different age groups. The volunteers of “Fundjavë Ndryshe” organized an activity, in the framework of the International Nurses Day.
Nursing is a mission, not just a profession! International Nurses Day is an international day marked around the world on May 12, to mark the contributions that nurses make to society. Prospective health specialists assisted over 300 patients a day.

We gladly served over 300 patients this day. Yesterday we were near the area of the “former aviation field”, today you find us near the “Ali Demi field”. “Thank you med-students for your service”.
In January 1974, May 12 was chosen to celebrate the day as it is the birth anniversary of Florence Nightingale, the founder of modern nursing.
