Noel Torollari is only 3 years old, but his story broke people’s heart. The little boy suffered thrombosis in the blood vein of the liver and his condition was getting worse.
Doctors in Albania could not save him, as a specialized liver transplant intervention was needed. An operation which could only be performed abroad, but for Noel’s family it was impossible to afford it.
After the call for help made by “Fundjavë Ndryshe”, there have been many reactions from Albanians around the world. But, in particular, an extraordinary contribution was made by a donor who asked to remain anonymous. He took over the case of little Noel, who is already in Turkey. While he is doing the necessary examinations, he is expected to undergo the intervention very soon.
