October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month worldwide. “Fundjavë Ndryshe”, together with the volunteers of the Faculty of Medicine and the Zall Bastar health center, visited the women of the villages of this area on the occasion of the breast cancer awareness month.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, to raise awareness and support for self check, early detection, treatment, and care for this disease. Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women worldwide, both in developed and developing countries.
This increase in recent years is due to increased life expectancy, increased urbanization and unhealthy lifestyles.
