The devastating earthquake of November 26, 2019 left them homeless, but already 20 families in Vaqarr have left behind this nightmare, living in a neighborhood that everyone would have dreamed of. The new neighborhood built in Vaqarr, is part of the Reconstruction Program, where in cooperation with the Foundation “Fundjavë Ndryshe”, the new apartments have formed another model neighborhood.
Family members have strated a new life. The children have formed their own friendships, and have also adapted well to their warm and cozy home.
The area has been transformed in terms of services for citizens, with schools, kindergartens and water 24 hours.
