The effects of the November 26 earthquake continue to be felt by many families. Thousands of affected people continue to stay in tents after their homes were destroyed. Therefore, the primary goal of the staff of “Fundjavë Ndryshe” is to accommodate as many families as possible who do not yet have a roof over their heads. After the inauguration of the first house, which was donated to the Kuburja family, the foundation has made another family happy.

In a very short time, it became possible to accommodate the Gjonpali family. Which at the time of handing over the key, was given the full documentation of the house.
“Today we will sign the house contract so that the house is in your name. We also thank our friends of Philip Morris, who have made a great contribution to 6 houses that will be donated to families affected by the earthquake,” said the head of the foundation, Arbër Hajdari.
Earlier, Hajdari announced that within 2 months, another 30 houses will be ready. He added that the houses are 109 m2 each, quite well organized. Half of them are located in Tirana and the rest in Durrës.
Apart from sheltering those affected by the earthquake, the foundation is working to distribute food and basic products to hundreds of families every day.
